April 15 at 8:38 AMI'm realizing how important walking is-- the other day I didn't even leave the house and that ended up feeling terrible at the end of the day- like I've been cooped up with the same enclosed air and no sunlight all day. I value the time I get to spend outside with the sun and fresh air and will make it a priority.
