can someone in the team suggest how to change my exercise goal from 30m to 2 hrs. I took default mins and now don't know how to change it.
This challenge motivated me to join Yaga class for upper body chair exercises. If interested go to Life in Yoga and check out their videos too. It's free class. I encourage you all to join. Thanks.

If you cancel the task you get a warning that it will cancel your previous points. I wanted to change one before the challenge began but it gave me a warning as I had already logged something to it.....otherwise I wouldn't know.

I looked for it, but the only option that I see is to cancel a challenge then restart it. But, I'm not sure if that would remove all your previous points. :/

How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

it's going great. Have increased my daily exercise motivated by this challenge. Although I walk and exercise more that 2 hours a day but don't know how to change my goal from 30m to 2hrs.

I found I can get in more time overall when I break it up into pieces. On my good days I get up to 1.5 hours in three 30 minute sessions (I break my lunch into two sessions) and 2 15 breaks.

What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than in other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?

Awareness. Key point is we all need to look at our health parameter and take conscious decision what isĀ  good for us.

I have seen people eating veggies have less health problem than meat eaters.

Michael Pollan states that "it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor." What are your thoughts on this?

I agree 100%. if you eat right, don't have to visit doctors at all. Healthy food and exercise will eliminate your visits to doctor.
