    I've noticed that when I eat at the table without distractions, I am able to enjoy my food more.  I also seem to feel fuller and less inclined to snack later.  The experience is also more enjoyable when I'm not balancing a tray on my lap in front of the tv!

    I think gratitude for others is extremely important, especially during a time when we can't be together and show someone how much they mean or how helpful they've been.  This challenge is helping me to be better at letting others know how much I appreciate them and their efforts.

    I love walking but I've noticed that living in an apartment, I am rarely outside.  I'm trying to build a new walking habit to get to know my neighborhood better!

    What did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?

    I started this challenge because I noticed that I'm literally in front of a screen 24/7!  If I'm not working, I'm on Instagram or watching TV - my eyes never get a break!  I'm working on trying to disconnect and not be so plugged in with this challenge.
