We updated and refreshed our hydroponics system this weekend. Hydroponics is a great way to grow a lot of food in a small space!

I added this action to remind myself to continue going outdoors and on hikes during the week. Seeing others (even at a distance) reminds me I am part of a community!

    Waste Reduce Single-Use Disposables
Bringing your own bags and containers to the grocery store, and even to restaurants for leftovers, are a couple of ways to reduce your waste. What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

My husband and I ordered a juice cleanse - each juice unfortunately comes in a single use container. However, I plan to keep them and reuse them at least once!
