    Ditching the car will allow you to meet nature.  Feel the warmth of the sun, the refreshing breeze, the birds singing.

    Make an effort to know what goes into the food you eat.  Processed food tend to contain a high amount of preservatives (these preserves the food to last longer on the shelf, but does the opposite in terms of preserving the person who eats the food - lol.  Also watch out for the salt and sugars.

    Reducing consumption is one side of the equation.  You can also address the other side of the formula by going solar.
